Under ‘Filing Deadlines’ you will find the quarterly deadlines listed by date for –
- Final Degree Paperwork
- Advancement Deadlines – Master’s
- Advancement Deadlines – Doctoral
Additional information
- To meet the advancement and final degree deadlines, required paperwork must be submitted to Grad Division via the official DocuSign form by 5pm on the filing deadline
- Final degree paperwork includes dissertation approval by UCI Libraries
- Doctoral students advancing looking for the reduction in non-resident tuition, please note the fee payment deadline and the advancement deadline are different. You will need to advance before the fee payment deadline to receive the fee reduction for the following quarter
