In addition to workshops, writing services, and career advising, the Graduate & Postdoctoral Scholar Resource Center (GPSRC) provides space and resources to graduate students, postdoctoral scholars and the campus community.

Reserving the Graduate & Postdoctoral Scholar Resource Center (GPSRC)
Located in a central part of campus, the GPSRC is an ideal location for events related to graduate students and postdoctoral scholars. The GPSRC provides a variety of room configurations to support groups in lecture, conference, and theater-style arrangements. Basic audiovisual support is available.

This is the largest available space in the GPSRC and is a multipurpose area that can be used for a variety of programs and events, including workshops, academic classes, receptions, and medium-size board meetings to name a few. The space can be rearranged in different configurations including the traditional meeting room set-ups (auditorium/lecture, classroom, conference, U-shape, empty) as well as customized layouts based on the event’s need. The room includes a dry erase board, a buffet table with complimentary water and tea, and large windows with natural light. Audio-visual support is also available upon request.
Adjacent to the Program Room, the Study Lounge is a great space for studying and for small meetings or gatherings. One side of the room has a large boardroom table that seats eight people. The other side of the room has an informal setting with a couch and two chairs. There are four individual tables for students that want to study or work on their writing.
Executive Conference Room
The Executive Conference Room is a private room situated inside the Study Lounge and is ideal for small committee meetings, interviews, and study groups. A phone is available for conference calls or phone interviews.
Located off of the reception area, the Seminar Room multipurpose area can be used for a variety of functions, including seminars, workshops, studying, and group meetings. The space can be rearranged in different configurations including the traditional meeting room set-ups (lecture, classroom, conference, U-shape, empty) as well as customized layouts based on the event’s need. The room includes a dry erase board and large windows with natural light. Audio-visual support is also available upon request.
