Program Room

This is the largest available space in the GPSRC and is a multipurpose area that can be used for a variety of programs and events, including workshops, academic classes, receptions, and medium-size board meetings to name a few.  The space can be rearranged in different configurations including the traditional meeting room set-ups (auditorium/lecture, classroom, conference, U-shape, empty) as well as customized layouts based on the event’s need.  The room includes a dry erase board, a buffet table with complimentary water and tea, and large windows with natural light.  Audio-visual support is also available upon request.

Study Lounge

Adjacent to the Program Room, the Study Lounge is a great space for studying and for small meetings or gatherings. One side of the room has a large boardroom table that seats eight people. The other side of the room has an informal setting with a couch and two chairs.  There are four individual tables for students that want to study or work on their writing.

Executive Conference Room

The Executive Conference Room is a private room situated inside the Study Lounge and is ideal for small committee meetings, interviews, and study groups. A phone is available for conference calls or phone interviews.

Seminar Room

Located off of the reception area, the Seminar Room multipurpose area can be used for a variety of functions, including seminars, workshops, studying, and group meetings.  The space can be rearranged in different configurations including the traditional meeting room set-ups (lecture, classroom, conference, U-shape, empty) as well as customized layouts based on the event’s need.  The room includes a dry erase board and large windows with natural light.  Audio-visual support is also available upon request.
