Immigration regulations and procedures vary by visa type and individual circumstances and are subject to frequent change. The UC Irvine International Center is the university’s designated office for immigration advising and the most accurate source of current information.

Graduate Division does not provide immigration advising, but works closely with the International Center to ensure international graduate students are connected to appropriate resources.
